RETURN POLICY

Cestus® will only accept returned item(s) purchased at www.cestusline.com.

Due to our commitment to our customer's comfort and satisfaction at Cestus®, you may return unused item(s) for a refund if not satisfied with the product within our policy.

Item(s) must be returned in new condition and must not have wear and tear damage. Item(s) returned in a damaged state will have the item(s) returned back to the buyer's original order address with no refund. 

Your return must include the packing slip to quickly locate order number for a refund. Missing the packing slip will significantly delay the refund process.

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

We are confident in the quality of our products, and want to ensure our customers are satisfied with their gloves. Item(s) with a manufacturing defect will be credited and restocking charges will not be charged. Manufacturing defects do NOT include wear and tear damage. If item(s) are returned in a damaged state, the item(s) will be returned to the buyer's original order address. Item(s) defects must be reported within 30 calendar days of it arriving at your address.

Returned item(s) that have been accepted for a refund will incur a $6.00 flat rate return shipping fee.
